At our initial, free, no obligation meeting we will discuss potential legal advice costs with you in detail so there are no hidden surprises. It is difficult sometimes to give you an absolutely accurate prediction as to what your costs will be as each case is different and varying amounts of time may be required to resolve your matter. At our initial meeting we will discuss the various options that are available to you and the cost implications of each of those options.
Sensible Costs
We recognise, and indeed promote, the fact that often an agreement is possible and sometimes our clients even come to us to assist with simply ensuring things are dealt with properly on a procedural basis to bring things to a conclusion however in some cases Court proceedings are inevitable. We take a sensible approach to all our cases and will always try to resolve matters by agreement if that is possible.
Whatever steps are required to bring matters to a conclusion you can be assured that we will always make sure that you are properly advised about our legal advice costs and that we will always properly resolve your matter by the least contentious, and most cost efficient, route possible.
Fixed Fees
In certain circumstances we offer fixed fees. Again this can be discussed at your initial free consultation.
Payment Options
We understand that you might find it easier to plan your finances if you were able to pay a fixed amount each month. We can therefore discuss with you the option of a payment plan where we can look at what your anticipated legal advice costs will be and then look at a fixed monthly payment to help you budget your household finances more easily.
